This is the story of a man and his passion. Bepi Dalla Pietà achieved his life-dream when he built his first boat in 1951.
Success, other boats, the opening of the first boatyard at Giudecca in Venice in 1959, were the logical consequences when passion is combined with innovative ideas and solutions. Where there's a will, there's a way, and if you add talent, results will soon follow.
The Dalla Pietrà trademark is always associated with novel solutions and ideas, the same which will allow the most important pages of history to be written about the International Boat Races.
In the 70s, the work load brought about the transfer to the yard at Marghera, where it was possible to build a 14mt. length boat.
The handing down to his sons Gianni and Giorgio, a few years later, gave a further momentum to the Company. The size of boats increases further together with the commitment to maintain excellence.
In 1987 the yard was transferred to its current site at Malcontenta; 30.000 sq.m for the production, assistance and storing of craft indoors and outdoors.
